  • Notify you of any delay that may occur and explain the reasons in full transparency

  • Inform you of any need to reconsider how to deal with cases and legal contracts

  • Inform you of any personnel changes that may affect your transaction, and provide you with copies of important messages as requested

Respond to correspondence immediately and as soon as possible through the available means of communication, where we do the following:

  • Confirmation of receipt of special instructions from you

  • Ensure that you understand the advice or legal advice we have provided to you

  • Determine the approximate time required to complete the tasks assigned to us

  • Clarify the nature of the actions that will be taken by us

  • Determine the likely time for a response from us

  • Clarify the most important actions that you should take

  • Providing sound advice as best as we can about potential costs and how they will be met

At the end of your transaction AASLAC will:

  • Sending a letter via any means of communication to confirm the completion of the transaction

  • Explain any ongoing or anticipated consequences

  • Submit invoices as quickly as possible

  • Submit an account statement of all the money owed to you

  • You can request any papers or belongings of your own

AASLAC takes appropriate steps to ensure that confidential and other sensitive matters are properly handled and not disclosed to third parties without your express consent.

conflict of interest

AASLAC is fully vigilant about the issue of conflicts of interest, and in such cases, we take great care; To notify our clients of any direct conflict of interest that may arise during our provision of legal services to them. When a conflict occurs, we advise our clients to use the services of another law firm for transactions that AASLAC cannot resolve. Professional ethics prevent us from doing business where there is or may be a conflict of interest. We assure you that there is no present or past, present or potential conflict of interest with respect to you

Notice of dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with the way any transaction is being handled, please mention this first to the attorney handling your transaction, and if you are still dissatisfied after that, do not hesitate to contact the Executive Director whose contact number will be provided to you. You may also choose to submit a written notice, which should include the reasons for dissatisfaction and the procedures proposed by the competent authority to remedy the deficiencies. We promise to respond promptly to the notice and to take effective measures to correct the deficiencies immediately
